- 18 Fresh medium size shrimp
- 18 Fresh medium size scallops
- Boiling salted water to

- 12 Dried pitted prunes,stewed
- 12 Dried pitted apricots,stewed
- 12 Maraschino cherries
- 1/4 c Butter or margarine, melted
- (butter is best)
Directions
Cook shrimp and scallops separately in salted water. Simmer about 5
minutes. Shrimp will turn pink and scallops will turn milky white.
Prunes and apricots should be cooked according to package directions but
not so they fall apart. Drain cherries well.
