Fruit And Seafood Kabobs

 Ingredients List

  • 18 Fresh medium size shrimp
  • 18 Fresh medium size scallops
  • Boiling salted water to
  • -cover
  • 12 Dried pitted prunes,stewed
  • 12 Dried pitted apricots,stewed
  • 12 Maraschino cherries
  • 1/4 c Butter or margarine, melted
  • (butter is best)


Cook shrimp and scallops separately in salted water. Simmer about 5
minutes. Shrimp will turn pink and scallops will turn milky white.

Prunes and apricots should be cooked according to package directions but
not so they fall apart. Drain cherries well.
