Fruit Cake

 Ingredients List

  • 1 pk Honey-spice or yellow cake
  • -mix
  • 1 c Chopped dates
  • 1 c Currants
  • 4 c Candied fruit
  • 1 1/2 c Seedless raisins
  • 1/2 c Greed & red candied cherries
  • 4 1/2 c Whole pecan halves
  • 1 pk Fluffy white frosting mix


Bake cake according to package directions. Cool & crumble in large bowl.
Add fruits & nuts; mix well. Prepare frosting according to package
directions. Mix with cake & fruit & lightly pack all ingredients into
foil-lined 10-inch tube pan or in a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Press down; cover
with foil & refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
