Fruit Cobbler

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Flour
  • 1/2 c Sugar
  • 1 tb Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg Substitute, Liquid
  • 4 c Rhubarb, or any fresh fruit


Rinse fruit and make a single layer in an 8x10 pan or 2 qt. casserole.
Combine rest of ingredients in a food processor and process until crumbly.
Sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 3500 for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Top
with whipped topping.
