Fruit Kebabs

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 Cantaloupe, medium -- cut
  • Into
  • 2 Bananas, large -- cut into
  • 1 Inch cubes
  • 1/2 -inch slices
  • 1 1/2 c Strawberries -- hulled
  • 3 Figs, lg, dried or fresh
  • 3 Kiwi fruits -- cut into
  • 1 Inch
  • Sliced
  • Cubes
  • 6 Bamboo skewers (12-inch)
  • 1 c Grapes -- seedless
  • 1 c Yogurt -- vanilla

 Directions

Thread cantaloupe, strawberries, kiwi fruit, grapes, bananas and figs on
bamboo skewers. Put vanilla yogurt into individual bowls. Dip fruit
kebabs in yogurt.
