Fruit Kebabs

 Ingredients List

  • 8 Strawberries; hulled
  • 2 Bananas; cut in 8 chunks
  • 2 Kiwis; peeled and cut in 8
  • -slices
  • 8 Cubes cantaloupe; cut 1 inch
  • 8 Cubes fresh pineapple. cut 1
  • -inch
  • 1/4 c Pineapple juice
  • 8 Bamboo skewers; (soaked 30
  • -minutes)

 Directions

When ready to grill: Alternate fruit among the skewers. Brush fruit with
pineapple juice. Over medium hot coals, place the skewers on a grill coated
with nonstick spray. Cover grill and cook 6 to 8 minutes, turning skewers
every 3 minutes and brushing with pineapple juice.
