Fruit Stack-Ups
Ingredients List
- 1 sm Banana
- 1 sm Apple Or Pear
- 2 tb Orange Juice
- Strawberries, Grapes, Melon
- Cubes Or Balls
- Or Pineapple Chunks
- 2 oz Soft-Style Cream Cheese
- With Pineapple Or
- Strawberries;
- (1/2 4-oz Container)
- 2 tb Milk
- Use up to 3 Tb To Get
- The desired consistency
Directions
Peel the banana and cut into bite-sized chunks. Core the apple or pear and
cut into bite-sized chunks. In one small bowl, combine the fruits and
orange juice and toss to coat. Thread pieces of banana, apple or pear, and
other desired fruits onto wooden toothpicks, using 2 to 3 pieces for each
stack up. In the other small bowl, combine the cream cheese and enough
milk to make it of a dipping consistency. Dip the fruit into the sauce and
eat. Cover any leftover sauce and refrigerate. NOTE: You can make a fruit
salad by simply drizzling the cream cheese sauce over the fruit in 2 bowls
and eating. Yield: 2 serving
