 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Unsweetened pineapple
  • -chunks, chilled, drained
  • -and canned
  • 1/2 c Unsweetened sliced peaches,
  • -chilled, drained and canned
  • 5 Ice cubes
  • 3 Whole fresh strawberries,
  • -caps removed
  • 1 md Size ripe banana, frozen
  • 8 oz Low-fat vanilla yogurt, (1
  • -carton)


Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and
process until smooth. Yield: 3 cups (serving size: 1 cup).

Per serving: 167 Calories; 2g Fat (8% calories from fat); 5g Protein; 36g
Carbohydrate; 4mg Cholesterol; 53mg Sodium

Serving Ideas : Pour into glasses, and serve immediately.
