FUDGY MARSHMALLOW BROWNIES

 Ingredients List

  • 1 C butter
  • 2 C sugar
  • 1/2 C cocoa
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 C flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 5 C mini marshmallows
  • FROSTING
  • 3 C pwodered sugar
  • 1/2 C cocoa
  • 1/3 C milk
  • 1/2 C butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

 Directions

1. Cream butter with sugar and cocoa.
2. Add eggs one at a time and beat after each one.
3. Add flour, salt, vanilla
4. Mix together
5. Spread into bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan.
6. Cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
7. Remove from oven and cover with marshmallows.
8. Put back in oven for 3 minutes or until marshmallows puff up and begin to melt. Don't let them brown.
9. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.
10. Cover with Frosting
FROSTING
11. Mix all frosting ingredients together and spread over cake.
