Funfetti White Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients List
- 1/2 cup butter (very soft)
- 8oz white chocolate
- 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup rainbow sprinkles
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*
In a glass bowl melt the white chocolate according to package instructions. Once melted and smooth stir in the softened butter.
Add sugar and mix well with a wooden spoon. Mix in the salt, vanilla, and eggs until incorporated. Stir in flour until well combined. Carefully mix in sprinkles until evenly distributed.
Spread batter into a greased 8" pan and add a few extra sprinkles on top if desired. Bake for 28 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
