Garlic Lovers' Noodles

 Ingredients List

  • 6 oz No Yolks cholestrol-free
  • -Noodles (1/2 package)
  • 3 cl Garlic, minced
  • 2 ts Olive Oil
  • 1 tb Sage, chopped fresh -=or=-
  • 1 ts Sage, dried
  • 1/8 ts Black Pepper, fresh ground
  • 1/4 c Romano Cheese, grated


Cook No Yolks according to package directions without salt. Meanwhile,
saute garlic in oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 2 minutes.
Add sage and pepper. Drain noodles; add to skillet. Stir gently until
noodles are evenly coated. Sprinkle with cheese; toss to combine.

LORI'S NOTE: Don't start the garlic until you've started the pasta. Also
add more romano cheese and place the container on the table so that
everyone can sprinkle it on to taste.
