Garlic- Parmesan Buffalo Wings

 Ingredients List

  • 4 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup hot sauce


1 Season wings with salt and pepper. Fry at 400 degrees.
2 Combine parmesan cheese, garlic, butter and hot sauce. After wings fry, toss in hot sauce mixture to coat.
