Garlic Pepper Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients List
- 7-8 potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2-3 tsp. minced garlic
- 3 oz. cream cheese softened
- 3-4 TB milk
- 2 TB butter
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
1. Place potatoes, salt and garlic in a large pot and fill with water making sure the potatoes are covered.
2. Bring to a simmer, and let simmer for 18-20 minutes or until the potatoes are easily pierced with a fork.
3. Drain potatoes and mash. Add cream cheese, milk and butter and mix with a mixer until it's the consistency you want it.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
