Genelle's Caramel Corn

 Ingredients List

  • 6 qt Popcorn; popped
  • 2 c Brown Sugar
  • 2 Sticks Butter Or Margarine
  • 1/2 c Dark Karo Syrup
  • 1 pn Cream Of Tartar


Boil brown sugar, butter, sugar and cream of tartar for 5 minutes. Pour
over popped corn; stir and spread on 2 ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake at 250 for one hour stirring once or twice during baking.
