  • 1 sm Cabbage head
  • 100 g Walnuts
  • 1 md Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tb Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 tb Parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 ts Fenugreek seed
  • Hot red chili peppers
  • Salt


Chop cabbage finely & add remaining ingredients. Let stand 2 hours before
