German Peach and Cream Kuchen

Ingredients List
- 1 1/2 c Flour
- 3/4 c Sugar
- 1/4 ts Baking powder
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/2 c Margarine
- 1 cn (No 2 1/2) sliced peaches;
- -drained
- 1 ts Cinnamon
- 2 Egg yolks; beaten
- 1 c Sour cream
Directions
Mix flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and salt, cut in margarine until
crumbly, press into bottom of spring form (9 inch) pan. Arrange peaches on
top, combine remaining sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over peaches. Bake at
400 degrees for 15 minutes. Blend egg yolks and sour cream, spoon over
peaches. Bake 20 minutes longer. 8 servings.
