Geva's Jerked Chicken Drumette

Ingredients List
- Stephen Ceideburg
- 2 1/2 lb Chicken drumettes
- 1/2 c Jerk seasoning (see note)
- 1 ts Minced garlic
Directions
Toss chicken drumettes with Jerk seasoning and garlic. Cover and
refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Grill and serve hot. Note: Jerk seasoning may be found in West Indian
markets, Housewives Market in Oakland, and Prince Neville's on Divisadero
in San Francisco.
