Ginger Plum Pork Chops

 Ingredients List

  • 4 Boneless pork chops, 3/8"
  • -thick
  • 1 ts Vegetable oil
  • 1 Jar (8 oz.) plum preserves
  • 2 ts Ground dry ginger
  • 3 tb Cider vinegar


Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chops on one
side, turn; stir together remaining ingredients and add to skillet. cover
skillet, lower heat and simmer 5 minutes. Serve with roasted potato wedges
if desired. Makes 4 servings.
