								Ginger Plum Pork Chops
Ingredients List
- 4 Boneless pork chops, 3/8"
 - -thick
 - 1 ts Vegetable oil
 - 1 Jar (8 oz.) plum preserves
 - 2 ts Ground dry ginger
 - 3 tb Cider vinegar
 
Directions
                    
                        Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chops on one
side, turn; stir together remaining ingredients and add to skillet. cover
skillet, lower heat and simmer 5 minutes. Serve with roasted potato wedges
if desired. Makes 4 servings.
