Ginger-Scallion Dipping Sauce

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Rice vinegar
  • 1 Scallion; minced
  • 1 ts Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 ts Minced fresh cilantro; or
  • -more to taste
  • 1 Garlic clove; minced
  • 1/2 ts Brown sugar
  • 1/2 ts Dark sesame oil
  • 1/2 ts Minced ginger root
  • 1/4 ts Red pepper flakes; or to
  • -taste

 Directions

Combine above ingredients in a glass jar and shake to blend completely.
Sauce will keep for several days stored in a tightly covered jar in the
refrigerator. Makes a generous 1/2 cup.
