Ginger Shake

 Ingredients List

  • 6 Pieces stem ginger; in syrup
  • 3 Scoops nonfat ice cream
  • 1/2 c Skim milk; or to taste
  • Sugar; to taste
  • sm Scoops ice cream; for
  • -garnish
  • Chopped ginger; for garnish


Place he ginger, ice cream,milk and 6 tablespoons ginger syrup in a blender
and puree to a froth. Taste and add extra milk and sugar if desired. Serve,
decorated with another small scoop of ice cream or extra ginger.
