								Ginger Vinaigrette
Ingredients List
- 1 tb Ginger, minced
- 2 tb Shallot minced
- 1 tb Vinegar rice wine
- 2 tb Lime juice
- 2 ts Soy sauce
- 1/4 c Oil, olive
- 1/2 ts Oil, sesame
- Pepper black to taste
Directions
                    
                        Combine all ingredients and whisk to blend well. Makes about 1/2 cup. Store
in refrigerator for a short period. Serve with hearty salads, fish, beef,
