Ginger Vinaigrette

 Ingredients List

  • 1 tb Ginger, minced
  • 2 tb Shallot minced
  • 1 tb Vinegar rice wine
  • 2 tb Lime juice
  • 2 ts Soy sauce
  • 1/4 c Oil, olive
  • 1/2 ts Oil, sesame
  • Pepper black to taste


Combine all ingredients and whisk to blend well. Makes about 1/2 cup. Store
in refrigerator for a short period. Serve with hearty salads, fish, beef,
or vegetable chunks.
