Gingerbread latte Creamer Truffles

 Ingredients List

  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup International Delight Gingerbread latte creamer
  • 16 oz semi sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup gingerbread cookies, crushed

 Directions

1. In a large bowl heat heavy cream and coffee creamer. Stir in chocolate until melted and smooth.
2. Let set in fridge for a minimum of 6 hours, or overnight.
3. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop balls of chocolate and roll. Place on a cookie sheet.
4. Roll each ball through crushed cookies to coat.
5. Store in fridge until ready to serve.
