Directions
1. Crush ginger snaps in food processor to create fine crumbs. Roll marshmallow edges in ginger snap crumbs (Note: if using homemade marshmallows, roll edges directly in crumbs. If using store-bought, lightly moisten the outer edges of the marshmallow to make the crumbs stick).
2. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
3. Allow chocolate to dry on parchment paper before serving.
