Glazed Carrot Recipe

 Ingredients List

  • 8 md Carrots, cut diagonally in
  • -thin slices
  • 4 tb Apple juice concentrate
  • 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 ts Ground allspice
  • 2 ts Grated orange peel
  • 1 1/2 c ;water
  • 2 ts Cornstarch mixed with 3
  • -Tablespoons water


1) Put carrots and remaining ingred except corn starch mixture in med size
saucepan. 2) Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 min or until
carrots are tender, but not soft. 3) Add cornstarch mixture; cook; stirring
constantly, until mixture thickens
