- 4 Fresh bonless tuna steaks;
- -6-8 oz. each
- Salt and freshly ground
- -black pepper
- 1/4 c Sherry vinaigrette; recipe

Directions
Rinse the steaks and pat them dry. Place them in a glass pan, season with
salt and pepper and pour vinegrette over them. Cover with plastic wrap and
marinate for 30 mins to i hour. Preheat the grill. Grill the steak for 2-3
mins per side for rare, 5 mins. per side for well done.
