Ingredients List
- 1 tb Corn oil
- 1/4 lb Sweet potato vine; cut in
- -three-inch lengths
- 1/4 lb Mushrooms, fresh/meaty;
- -caps only, sliced
- 1 Garlic clove; crushed
- 1 sm Carrot; julienned (1/3 c)
- 1 ts Salt; or to taste
- 1 ts Korean sesame oil
Directions
Heat the oil in a wok or skillet. Add the vine and mushrooms and stir-fry
over moderate heat for 1 minute. Add all the other ingredients and stir-fry
for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature. Serves 4.
