Golden Mushrooms

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 Stick butter
  • 11 cn Beef broth
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce

 Directions

Wash mushrooms thoroughly & cut off stems. Saute in butter for 3-4 minutes.
Pour in beef broth. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce & Worcestershire to
taste. Bring to a slow boil. Reduce heat, simmer for 15 minutes. Yields 4
servings.
