Grandma Blanche's Persimmon Pudding

 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 c Sugar (short)
  • 2 c Flour
  • 1 qt Milk (short)
  • 1 pt Persimmon pulp
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/2 ts Soda
  • 1/2 ts Baking powder


Sift together flour, baking powder, salt. Mix together pulp, sugar and
soda. Add beaten eggs and milk. Add sifted dry ingredients. Bake in a
slow oven, 2 1/2 hours.
