Grandmother's Brown Sugar Cookies

 Ingredients List

  • 3 c Brown sugar
  • 3/4 c Shortening
  • 4 Eggs
  • 5 c Flour
  • 3/4 ts Baking soda
  • 3/4 ts Cream tartar
  • 1 ts Vanilla

 Directions

Flour to make a soft dough. Roll, cut and bake in quick oven.

Note: Quick oven is probably around 425 F.
