 Ingredients List

  • 6 c Oats, long cooking
  • 1 c Raw sugar, brown sugar or
  • -honey
  • 1/2 c Seseme seeds
  • 6 tb Oil
  • Dates
  • 1 c Wheat germ, raw
  • 1 c Unsweet coconut
  • 1 c Sunflower seeds or nuts
  • 2 ts Vanilla


Mix all ingredients together and place in a baking pan. Bake at 250 degrees
for about 1 hour. Stir frequently during the baking process. Cool and store
in air tight container.
