Greek Hot Dog Sauce

 Ingredients List

  • 3 lb Ground beef
  • 3 tb Cooking oil
  • 3 Chopped onions
  • 2 Cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 tb Chili powder
  • 2 tb Cumin powder
  • 2 tb Paprika
  • 1 tb Hot pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 ts Salt
  • 3 c Cold water

 Directions

Fry ground beef, onions and garlic in oil until beef
is done. Then add remaining ingredients, simmer
uncovered till thick. (2 - 4 hours) Note: I use 1
teaspoon of hot pepper flakes.
