Green Beans in Wine Sauce

 Ingredients List

  • 4 c Green beans, cooked
  • 3 sl Bacon -- diced
  • 1 md Onion -- sliced
  • 3 tb Sugar
  • 2 ts Cornstarch
  • 3 tb Tarragon vinegar
  • 1/2 c Sherry

 Directions

Saute bacon and onion. Add sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and wine. Cook until
thickened, stirring constantly. Pour over hot beans; serve.
