 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 lb Green beans
  • 2 tb Butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 Directions

Cut ends off green beans and wash. Add to 2 quarts boiling salted water.
Boil uncovered 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Drain at once. Reheat in
butter, adding salt and pepper to taste.
