Green Beans with Basil

PRESSURE COOKER COOKBOOK
1/4 c Olive oil
2 cl Garlic; crushed
1 lb Green beans; ends removed
1 c Chicken stock; or water
3/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 ts Dried basil
2 tb Butter; optional

In pressure cooker, heat oil. Add garlic and saute in hot oil 1 minute.
Stir in beans. Add chicken stock, salt, pepper, and basil. Secure lid.
Over high heat, develop steam to med-high pressure. Reduce range heat to
mantain pressure and cook 3 mins. Quickly release pressure accdg. to
manufacturer's directions. Remove lid. Stir beans, then drain in colander.
Place beans in a serving dish and dot with butter, if desired. Makes 6 to 8
servings.
