Green Beans with Mushrooms and Almonds

 Ingredients List

  • 2 pk (10-oz) French style green
  • -beans
  • 2 cn (4-oz) sliced mushrooms;
  • -drained
  • 1/8 ts Pepper
  • 1/2 c Toasted; slivered almonds
  • 1/2 c Boiling water
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 2 tb Chopped parsley
  • 3/4 ts Salt
  • 1/4 c Butter or margarine


Add beans to boiling, salted water; cook 15 minutes or until just tender.
Add remaining ingredients to beans. Stir gently until thoroughly mixed.
Keep warm over very low heat.
