Green Beans with Onions, Butter and Cream

 Ingredients List

  • 1 md Onion; finely chopped
  • 3 tb Butter
  • 2 pk Frozen green beans;
  • -defrosted
  • 1/4 c Cream
  • Salt and pepper; to taste


Saute onion in butter until soft. Add the green beans and continue sauteing
until green beans are tender. Add the cream and seasonings and cook for
about 5 minutes or until the cream is absorbed.

NOTES : Entire dish can be prepared earlier in the day and stored in the
refrigerator. Heat before serving. (Also freezes well).
