  • 3 cup water
  • 3 cup Ginger ale
  • 2 tsp lifemax signature grain (chia)
  • 3/4 cup Green Tea & Honey or Sweetened Iced Tea Concentrate
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Honey
  • 2 cup Ice cubes
  • 6 Fresh mint leaves (optional)


PLACE water, ginger ale,lifemax signature grain (chia) tea and honey in large pitcher.Stir until combined,Serve over ice. Garnish with mint.
