  • 1 Rib chopped green chiles
  • 1/2 c Low or no-fat mayonnaise


1. In a small bowl, combine chiles and mayonnaise.

2. Cover and refrigerate an hour for flavors to blend.

NOTE: A spicy Tex-Mex treat on tortilla-wrapped turkey and grated Cheddar.
