 Ingredients List

  • 2 3/4 c Rice; cooked
  • 1/2 c Green onion; chopped
  • 1/4 ts Curry powder
  • 1/4 ts Ground cumin
  • 1/4 ts Fresh ground black pepper

 Directions

Place ingredients in a large skillet coated with vegetable cooking spray.
Saute over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly
heated.
