Green Pasta

 Ingredients List

  • 1 bn Spinach to yield 1 cup
  • -cooked
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 c Water
  • 1 1/2 c Flour


Cook spinach in pan until wilted.(nothing in pan) Place spinach in food
processor and process almost to a paste Add egg and water and process to
combine Add flour until a ball forms around the blade. Let stand covered 1
hour before using
