Green Vegetables Pasta
Ingredients List
- 500 g Angel hair pasta
- 500 g Cauliflower flowerets or
- -broccoli; chopped fine
- 500 g Zucchini squash; chopped
- -fine
- 500 g Potatoes; chopped fine
- 500 g Spinach, frozen
- 2 Whole onions; chopped
- 50 g Butter
- 250 g Mozzarella cheese; grated
- 100 g Parmesan cheese; grated
- Salt
- Peber
Directions
STEP ONE Put the spinach in a sauce pan and heat up the spinach. Add some
salt and pepper to the spinach.
STEP TWO Take a large sauce pant and start heating the water (remember salt
in it). When the water is boiling put the potatoes in the sauce pan. After
five minutes add the cauliflower, after five minutes the zucchini and again
after five minutes the angel hair pasta. Boil for 3 - 5 minutes then remove
the sauce pan from the heat and remove the water from the sauce pan.
STEP THREE Put the spinach in the sauce pan with the potatoes, cauliflower
etc. and stir it very carefully.
STEP FOUR Melt the butter on a pan and add the onion. Cook the onions until
they are glased.
STEP FIVE Take a large bowl and put a layer of spinach, potatoes etc. in
the bottom then a thin layer of onion and butter and at last a layer of
mozzarella cheese. Repeat until the bowl is full. Put some parmesan cheese
on top. Cook in oven at 200 degrees celsius for 5 - 10 minutes.
NOTES : An exceptionally good vegetarian meal. It becomes a favourite
most people.
