Grilled Fish Fillets

Ingredients List
- 6 Fish fillets
- ---3/4-inch-thick
- 1/2 c Butter or margarine
- 1/4 c Lemon juice
- 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 ts Seasoned salt
- 1/2 ts Paprika
- 1/4 ts Red pepper
Directions
Place fillets in a large shallow dish.
Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; cook, stirring constantly,
until butter melts. Pour marinade over fish. Cover; marinate 1 hour in
refrigerator, turning once.
Drain fillets, reserving marinade; place fillets in a fish basket. Grill
over hot coals 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when
tested with a fork, basting often with marinade.
Yield: 6 servings.
