Ingredients List
- 4 Swordfish steaks (6 oz ea)
- 1 tb Melted butter
- Sauce:
- 1 ts Dijon mustard
- 2 ts Lemon juice
- 1 pn Salt
- 1/4 ts Fresh cracked pepper
- 2 tb Walnut oil
- 1/4 c Olive oil
Directions
Brush fish with butter. Grill in broiler 4 minutes each side. Sauce:
Blend together mustard, lemon juice, salt. pepper & oils thoroughly.
Brush fish with sauce & serve.
