Grilled Swordfish with Walnut Sauce

 Ingredients List

  • 4 Swordfish steaks (6 oz ea)
  • 1 tb Melted butter
  • Sauce:
  • 1 ts Dijon mustard
  • 2 ts Lemon juice
  • 1 pn Salt
  • 1/4 ts Fresh cracked pepper
  • 2 tb Walnut oil
  • 1/4 c Olive oil


Brush fish with butter. Grill in broiler 4 minutes each side. Sauce:
Blend together mustard, lemon juice, salt. pepper & oils thoroughly.
Brush fish with sauce & serve.
