Halibut with Portabella Mushrooms Packets

 Ingredients List

  • 4 Sheets (12x18-inches each)
  • -Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty
  • -Aluminum Foil
  • 4 Halibut steaks (3/4 to
  • -1-inch thick each)
  • 8 oz Fresh Portabella Mushrooms,
  • -sliced
  • 2 tb Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tb Filippo Berio Olive Oil
  • 1 ts Dried oregano
  • 1/4 ts Salt


PREHEAT Grill to medium-high or preheat oven to 450 degrees F. CENTER one
fish on each sheet of aluminum foil. In a bowl, combine remaining
ingredients. Let stand 5 minutes. Spoon one-fourth of mushroom mixture over
each fish steak. BRING up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends
to form a packet, leaving room for heat circulatio inside packet. Repeat to
make 4 packets. GRILL 12 to 14 minutes on medium-high in covered grill OR
BAKE 18 to 20 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven.
