Ham and Noodle Casserole W/swiss Cheese

Ingredients List
- 2 tb Butter
- 1/2 c Onion; chopped
- 1/2 c Green pepper; chopped
- 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c Sour cream
- 1 pk (5-oz) wide noodles
- 1 pk (8-oz) Swiss cheese;
- -shredded
- 2 c Cubed; cooked ham
Directions
Cook noodles according to package direetions and drain. Put aside.
Melt butter in pan: saut”š onions and green pepper. Remove from heat and
stir in soup and sour cream.
Mix together ham, noodles and cheese; then mix with soup-cream mixture.
Put into a greased 3 quart casserole. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to
45 minutes or until heated through.
