 Ingredients List

  • 2 teaspoon(s) olive oil
  • 1/3 cup(s) prepared tomato pasta sauce
  • 2 cup(s) coarsely grated pizza cheese
  • 3 1/2 ounce(s) sliced ham, chopped coarsely
  • 2/3 cup(s) coarsely chopped drained canned pineapple pieces
  • 2 teaspoon(s) dried yeast
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 3/4 cup(s) warm water
  • 2 1/2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil

 Directions

1. Make pizza dough. Combine yeast, sugar, salt and the warm water in small bowl, cover; stand in warm place about 20 minutes or until mixture is frothy. Combine flour and oil in large bowl; stir in yeast mixture, mix to a soft dough. Knead dough on floured surface about 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Place dough in large oiled bowl, cover; stand in warm place about 1 hour or until dough doubles in size. Turn dough onto floured surface; knead until smooth. Divide dough in half; using rolling pin, flatten dough and roll each half out to a 12-inch round.

2. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F/450 degrees F fan-forced.

3. Carefully lift each dough round onto oiled pizza pans or oven trays; using a pastry brush, brush oil over pizza crust. Spoon tomato pasta sauce on crusts, using back of large spoon to spread sauce all over base.

4. Sprinkle half of the cheese over sauce, then top with ham and pineapple. Sprinkle remaining cheese over pizzas.

5. Bake pizzas, uncovered, 20 minutes. Serve cut into slices.
