RUMFORD COMPLETE COOK BOOK
1 sl Ham; very thick slice
1 ts Dry mustard
Pepper
2 c Milk
1 tb Butter; or drippings

Rub mustard and pepper into surface of ham. Place in baking pan, add milk,
dot with butter, cover and bake about 45 mins. in moderate oven (350~). Any
liquid remaining in the pan after baking may be slightly thickened and
served as sauce or gravy.
