Ham, Egg and Cheese Casserole

Ingredients List
- 5 c Plain bread cubes or crouton
- 1 lb Ham; chopped*
- 2 c Cheddar cheese; cubed small*
- 4 c Milk **
- 1/4 ts Pepper**
- 6 Eggs**
- 1/3 c Corn oil**
- 1 ts Salt**
- 1 ts Dry mustard**
- 1/3 C flour**
Directions
* Place these in the bottom of a greased 9 X 13 pan. ** Pour this mixture
over crouton mixture and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300 for 1 1/2
hours. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Cut into squares.
Serves 12 to 15 (not at our house!!)
