Ingredients List
- 1 lb Ground raw ham
- 1/2 lb Ground pork
- 1/2 lb Ground beef
- 1 c Cracker crumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/2 c Milk
- 1/2 cn (10.75-oz) tomato soup
- 1/2 c Beef bouillon
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 1/2 c Prepared mustard
- 1/2 c Vinegar
- 1/4 c Butter
- 3 Egg yolks
- 1 tb Flour
Directions
Mix meats well; add crumbs, eggs and milk. Shape into loaf pan and top with
soup. Bake at 350 for 1-1/2 hours. Cook remaining ingredients on low heat
(or in double boiler) until thick. Serve with ham loaf.
