Ham Loaf #3

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Ground lean pork
  • 2 lb Ground smoked ham
  • 1 c Bread crumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 c Milk
  • 1 tb Minced onion
  • 1 1/2 c Sugar
  • 1/2 c Water
  • 1/2 c Vinegar
  • 1 ts Prepared mustard

 Directions

Mix pork and ham. Add bread crumbs, eggs, milk and onion. Mix thoroughly.
Form into a loaf. To make sauce, blend brown sugar, water, vinegar and
mustard. Bake ham loaf at 325ø for 2 hours, basting frequently with sauce.
Serve with remaining sauce. Yield: 8 servings.
