Ham Salad.

 Ingredients List

  • 3 cups fully cooked ham, finely chopped (I use my food processor)
  • 1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped celery
  • 1 cup mayo (or more to taste)
  • 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
  • Crackers or bread, for serving


1. Combine all ingredients (except crackers or bread) in a large bowl. Mix well.

2. Refrigerate until serving time. To serve, spread mixture on crackers or use on bread to make into sandwiches!
